Central City United and 49 other signatories sent this letter to LA City Council on December 1st. We are calling for the Planning & Land Use Management committee of the LA City Council to agendize the DTLA 2040 plan ASAP. Adoption of this plan is a critical step towards addressing the issues of homelessness and affordable housing .
